Submit your
application online

We’ll arrange a brief
telephone interview

If you’re a good fit, we’ll book a face to face or video interview

Successful applicants will receive an offer of employment.
Our induction process
Employee induction starts when you accept our offer of employment. This is what to expect:
We will check your references, DBS, ask you to complete a medical questionnaire and make sure you’ve been issued with an up-to-date ‘fit to work’ certificate.
You’ll receive a welcome card in the post and letter confirming your appointment, along with your staff ID number.
We will send a training agreement to sign, a schedule of when training will happen and the topics covered, and your potential start date.
We’ll invite you for an office induction where we outline what to expect, teach you our values and tell you when you can expect payslips, and how our rota works.
A meeting is arranged to introduce you to our team, either face-to-face or via video, and you’ll meet our Field Care Supervisor who will instruct you on the package of care you’ll deliver, your immediate team mates, and your two-week rota.
Evaluations
We expect you to be fully competent by month three, and ask you to complete a self appraisal. The Field Care Supervisor will also do an observation workload assessment, and the manager will supervise a shift to decide whether you’ve passed probation.
